What happened in ….?  A new section that will help to put our ancestors in the time period…it will help us to figure out what our ancestors were doing or thinking at a certain time in history.  For example, in 1937 in the Louisville KY area there was a great flood.  My Grandparents were here and lived through it. 

If I have pictures I will include those, also.  If anyone would like a little more exposure for their ancestors I’d love to include little bits of information on the average people of the time.  For example, I may include the information on the flood, a large fire that happened that year in a large city, an outbreak of tornadoes and the marriage of John Smith and Sarah Jones in Omaha, NE on January 3rd.  I will also include a link to your email so anyone finding it may contact you.
