We all use it, we all depend on it to some extent. What happens when your internet goes out?  Do you have a back-up plan?  Do you even really need a back-up plan?

Well, I have determined that I need a back up plan.  My internet went out, and is still out.  They say they’ll be here on Wednesday between 8:30 and 11:30.  This probably means either 8am or Noon… Since my internet has been out, I have thought about the different obligations I have, the responsibilities I have with some of the websites I own and I realized that I am one of those who absolutely must have a back-up.

My husband has this thing called an air card. It’s absolutely wonderful. I can log on anywhere at any time using this little piece of plastic that plugs in to the usb. I’m using it now and will continue to until my cable internet is back up and running. If you’re interested in getting one as your back up, or to be able to use while on the road, in the cemeteries, courthouses,etc. you can get one through your cell phone company.

Consider your back up plans…and if you need them. Do something about it now before you’re sitting there wondering how you’re going to answer that email or update your webpage!
